Ingredients 3 lime wedges 6-7 mint leaves 1 tablespoon sugar 2oz Bacardi Silver 1oz soda water 1oz Sprite
Method 1. Add 3 lime wedges, 6-7 mint leaves, and 1 level tablespoon of granulated white sugar to a small tin. Muddle. 2. Add 2oz of Bacardi Silver to same tin and fill with ice. Shake vigorously. 3. Dirty dump into tall water glass. 4. Add about 1oz of sprite and 1oz of soda from soda gun to used tin, swirling to rinse sugar from the sides. 5. Top drink with remaining tin contents. Serve.
Method – Mojito Pitchers 1. Add 12 lime wedges, 25 mint leaves, 4 mounded tablespoons of granulated white sugar to a large (60oz) pitcher. Muddle. 2. Fill large pitcher with ice. Method 1. In a mixing glass, add 1oz Ginraw Gin, 1oz Campari, 1oz Lustau Vermut Rojo, barspoon of Pedro Ximenez Sherry 2. Top with ice. Stir for 20-30 seconds. 3. Strain over 1 large cube.
Method 1. In sangria keg (⅙ barrel), add 3 boxes Vella Burgundy red wine, 1L brandy, 1L triple sec 2. In a separate large pitcher, mix equal parts cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and Sprite. Add mixture to keg. 3. Slowly add simple syrup, stirring and tasting as you go. 4. Ensure ingredients are properly combined. Chill overnight.
