Reservations. Table reservations made through this Site are powered by OpenTable, Inc. When you make a reservation, your reservation details (party size, date, time) and contact information (name, email, phone) are submitted to and handled by OpenTable, subject to OpenTable’s own terms of service and privacy policy. Eclipse Di Luna is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of the OpenTable platform.

Online Ordering. This Site provides links to third-party platforms — Toast and Uber Eats — for online ordering. When you click on a link to Toast or Uber Eats, you leave this Site and are taken to that platform’s own website, where you complete your order and payment entirely under that platform’s own terms and privacy policy. This Site does not take, process, or store any order or payment information — all such transactions occur on the third-party platform’s own site.

For orders placed through Uber Eats specifically: those orders are placed, paid for, fulfilled, and refunded entirely under Uber Eats’ own terms. Delivery is performed by Uber Eats’ own couriers, not by Eclipse Di Luna. Prices and menu items shown on Uber Eats may differ from those shown on this Site.

Eclipse Di Luna is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, performance, or fulfillment of any third-party reservation or ordering platform.
